CB Customs – Shipping Policy

Production & Lead Times

All builds are custom-made to order. Production lead times vary by build complexity and current order volume. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order and are estimates only — not guaranteed delivery dates. You will be notified of any significant changes to your estimated timeline.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground at no additional charge. Once your build is complete and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery timeframes after shipment depend on your location and UPS transit times.

International Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship internationally to Canada via UPS Express International. International shipping is a flat rate of $250 CAD. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number on the UPS website to monitor your shipment in real time.
